How do I get the program or course I want?
To get started, you first need to sign up with your email and create a password. Once signed up, you will be able to access your "My Academy" and enroll in courses. Simply click "Enroll" next to the program or course you wish to take. This will direct you to our secure payment platform to complete your purchase, or you will be given access if the course is a free course.

- CPD Exam Prep Programs & courses: Require a verified CPD email address
- Officer Toolbox & Other Courses: Open to all law enforcement officers with any email address
- Free Preview Materials: Available to anyone who creates an account
What is the difference between a course and a program?
- A course is a standalone study class.
- A program is a comprehensive learning path that combines multiple related courses.
Can I "test-drive" a course to see if it for me?
Yes! We offer free previews so you can evaluate our content before purchasing. Go to the program or course and you will see lessons available to click on. The rest of the course is grayed out and enrolling opens access.
How long do I have access to my paid program or course?
Exam Prep Programs: Access is available from purchase through 30 days after the official exam date. Officers who rank high enough for likely promotion can email us for a complimentary extension.
Officer Toolbox: Access is available for one year from your date of purchase with renewal options available at a discounted rate.

You have unlimited 24/7 access to all your courses for the duration of your enrollment from any device. What Happens if I don't pass my promotional exam?
Many successful officers don’t pass on their first attempt, and that’s okay. We’re here to support your continued preparation.
Your enrollment includes access for one full year after the exam date, giving you the opportunity to revew material if needed.
